Experience

Since 1985, my focus and passion has been using technology to help businesses communicate, collaborate and conduct commerce, and in particular, the conversion of all forms of communication into digital format. My most recent experience includes developing a firm wide CRM Strategy and creating and executing a five year Internet Strategy for The Ziegler Companies, Inc. which completely transformed the Internet into a genuine business asset for the firm.
